It is a necessary part of leadership to recognize the means by which you can most effectively motivate people. Some people are intrinsically motivated, thus, authoritative leadership is likely to be met with resent. Others are extrinsically motivated and they need you to push a little but not too much. However, I suspect people are a balance of both of these types of motivation. You, as a leader, are charged with reading people and determining which language they will hear and having enough compassion to understand that your own resentment is a reflection of their resentment as well. Sometimes it is good to act and other times it is better to do nothing. If you wait long enough you will know which is best when. If you don't want to lead you don't have to.I hope you will benefit from my thoughts, for I offer them with no authority other than observation and introspection. I have failed at leadership many times. I have hated and resented being the default leader as well. But I can assure you that if you bring out the whip, so to speak, you only hurt yourself. |

| Suresh <m dot materniak at interia dot pl> | 2013-01-25 11:33:19 | | 4 Complaints: -one zero instructions (had to yobuute it and custom make the ghost tray work so I could watch it spin without the stock dvd box) -two lights were doa but I think my back fan output is dead since 1/4 lights I tryed and 0/2 fans work for it. -Four my console overheats in about 2-5mins now but I had another case that did the same, even with whisper fans inside. I recommend never changing your console case if you dont want to buy a whole lot of fans for it. My originally cased 360 fan died and it still never overheated. I think the metal plate you have to take off to put on custom cases (cause it wont fit with them on) absorbed a lot of the heat. Other than that its great, snaps on much better than another black case I had, and not as hard to open up as the original 360. The case is very glossy and comes with everything you need to open it. |

There was no instructions with my case which annoyed me as I was slightly afraid to rip apart an 200 dollar investment. Once i had it apart i removed all the screws off of the metal casing which was a big mistake. You only need to remove the 5 long screws which are mostly on the corners of the case. I suggest looking up the instructions on google and before you take your dvd drive apart make sure its either Samsung or Hitachi. Mine was Phillips I believe and the dvd drive see-through top would not work so I stole parts off another drive which then really messed up my system and I had to return the drive to normal. Pros: Black, very cool lighting, a lot lighter then original, and seems to stay cooler.(but i also bought led higher performance fans as you can find on this page) Cons: I could not use the dvd top, make xbox feel flimsy(although i like the fact its lighter), light around power button is not focused into an ring just goes every direction(make it look dull), Instructions not included Over all this is a very good product and very cool. I just wish they had instructions. One tool is a long piece of metal that is very convenient but without instructions you have no idea its to release clips on the back and sides of the console. |
