Hi Pierre, sorry you find the backgrounds dinsractitg. I'll pass that on to the designers, who are currently working on some new visuals. The main reason for the look of DesktopLive is that we wanted to place scripture in a contemporary setting. The Bible speaks today, and is as relevant on a computer desktop as it was on a Galilean hillside. We chose graphics that bring the Bible's words into our modern context, rather than transport us out of it. But, that style won't be to everyone's taste!Thanks a lot for the feedback, and I hope Life Changing Words continues to inspire you in its email format.
