infinityfotoJune 26, 2011I would definitely ctnoact the State of California / City of San Francisco about this one. Though it IS a public bridge / roadway, it MAY be a registered trademark (such as the Eiffel Tower in France).Most stock companies will tell you if you need a release or not, but it's never a bad idea to have them. Some public landmarks / parks / etc. don't mind you shooting them, as long as they are non-profit based. This, however, will be for profit, so it's best to be safe than sorry. It could COST you several thousands instead of MAKING you several thousands due to that one signed release.
